SDK, unit loaders, converters and simulators shared by the logue family
This entry groups host-side software that works across more than one Korg logue SDK instrument, rather than a single device. It covers the official logue SDK, unit loaders and librarians, converters that turn Pure Data, Faust or Rust code into logue units, and editor and build helpers. The SDK targets the prologue, minilogue xd, Nu:Tekt NTS-1 digital kit and mkII, NTS-3 kaoss pad kit, drumlogue and microKORG2.
Two unit generations exist. SDK 1.x units (.prlgunit, .mnlgxdunit, .ntkdigunit) are zip files for the prologue, minilogue xd and original NTS-1, built with a GNU Arm toolchain for Cortex-M4. SDK 2.x units (.nts1mkiiunit, .nts3unit, .drmlgunit, .mk2unit) are dynamically linked ARM binaries for the NTS-1 mkII, NTS-3, drumlogue and microKORG2, and are not interchangeable with the v1 units. Units add oscillators, synths and effects alongside the stock firmware; none of these tools replace it. Korg gives no technical support for the SDK, and directs developers to its Discord.
