Description

Runs Plaits as the sound source and Marbles as a random sequencer, each played from the SP-1's faders and buttons. Later releases add USB audio out, USB MIDI, four preset slots saved as .prst files and a storage mode in which the SP-1 appears as a drive on the computer. The README says the engine assignments, MIDI behaviour and audio levels are editable through text files, and states that the project is unaffiliated with Teenage Engineering or Mutable Instruments.

Install notes

Flash a .bin from the release page with the Solderless utility (hold T1+T4 while connecting USB-C). First-time users flash the "fresh" build once, which formats the SP-1's eMMC and erases what is on it; later updates use the regular build so storage is kept. The README warns that stock firmware cannot be restored after flashing.
