aleph firmware (bees, lines, waves)
Official open firmware for aleph: the AVR32 bootloader and apps such as bees, a Blackfin DSP module library with lines and waves, and an in-progress block-processing DSP branch.

- apps/ is CC-BY-SA-3.0. modules/ and dsp/ are Unlicense; avr32_lib carries the Atmel ASF license and utils/ components keep their own (LUFA, bootloader). The top-level LICENSE.TXT only points to these.

Description
The repository is the full aleph software tree: AVR32 application code, Blackfin DSP modules, shared libraries, docs and utilities. Apps are loaded as hex files from the SD card by the bootloader. Tagged releases stop in 2015 (bees-0.7.1), but the dev branch received block-DSP work in August 2026. Licensing varies by directory.
Install notes
Hold the mode switch (upper right) while powering up to start the bootloader, then load an AVR32 app from the hex folder on the SD card.
