Description
The tracks are PULSE (glitch drums), VOLTAGE (FM), STATIC (noise) and GHOST (granular and drones), selected with ALGORITHM. On the home screen the four top knobs act on the selected track as FRACTURE (fold, sample hold, bit reduction), STATIC, CHANCE and MUTATE, and PLAY starts four startup patterns. There are 56 factory presets and no conventional sound bank, and saved user presets are kept. Projects saved by 0.2 cannot be opened by 0.1. The author says it passed software checks and that tests on a real FM-1 were still pending. The project page offers the build, the earlier 0.1 and an unchanged Felucca build, with the source in a zip file.
Install notes
Browser WebMIDI installer on the project page (Chrome or Edge, USB), which checks each package against a known hash and the FM-1's identity. It asks you to back up first and to keep M-VAVE's restoration firmware and updater at hand. Its backup editor works for Felucca only; stock firmware needs its own backup method.
