Description
Talks to winmm.dll through ctypes, so it has no third-party dependencies. Covers Felucca 1.5's track and global parameters, 64 steps per track, four project slots and the sixteen-row song chain, driven from an arrangement JSON file. Includes reference notes on the frame format and parameter ranges, plus a Claude skill file for generating arrangements. The README is in Chinese. Windows only; close any browser MIDI session first because the device input is exclusive. Multi-row chains with repeat above one are noted as unstable.
Install notes
Targets Felucca 1.5 specifically. Clone the repository and run the scripts with Python 3.10 or newer in a separate virtual environment; mido is only needed for MIDI export.
