Description
NOISE is a Gaussian white noise oscillator derived from the sine_test example in Korg's logue SDK, with parameter B adding soft clipping. The TapeFX Collection contains Tapestop, Tapeslow (down to half speed) and Tapeslower (down to quarter speed), each with a "nr" no-reset variant that keeps playing from the buffer instead of jumping back to the live signal. Both are offered as free downloads with an optional PayPal donation. The author tested them on an NTS-1 only. Dates on the news pages are in day/month/year order.
Install notes
Download noise.ntkdigunit, or the TapeFX zip, from the news pages and load the units with Korg's Librarian app or logue-cli. The NOISE page notes that mobile browsers sometimes save the file with the wrong extension.
