Description

SIDLogue is an osc unit adapted from the FastSID code in VICE. It offers saw, triangle, pulse and noise waveforms plus triangle+pulse and saw+pulse blends, sync or ring modulation between its three voices, detune, glide, an arpeggiator rate and chord shapes including a touch mode that builds a chord from notes played together. It has no filter or envelope of its own and uses the NTS-1 mkII filter, EG and LFO. Knob A is shape and knob B is grit. The README lists known limitations, such as no 6581 or 8580 model selection and no digi-sample playback, and also builds a browser simulator.

Install notes

Install the .nts1mkiiunit from the release with KORG KONTROL Editor. The README notes the unit relies on the NTS-1 mkII filter and EG, so set the filter cutoff up and the EG to ADSR if no sound is heard.
