Description
Version 1.08 added velocity on incoming MIDI notes, a switch between Yamaha compatibility and Korg single-patch SysEx, CCs for chorus on/off, width and speed, patch and pattern loading by CC, a mod wheel mapping, and fixes to the LFO sample-and-hold scale, waveform sign and a digital pop. Version 1.09 adds tweaking patches from a DX7-compatible editor such as Dexed and automating patch parameters from a sequencer. Two files, sys_1 and sys_2, are needed. The original download was taken down and ranzee.com hosts a mirror. Applies to the original volca fm only. Community reports say it needs more than 100 mA, so use a supply with headroom.
Install notes
Played into the volca fm as audio like Korg's updates. Both sys_1 and sys_2 files are needed. The new features can be switched off in the global menu.
