Description

Relay is one MIDI-to-CV engine built for two modules. On the Alchemy Lab it takes USB MIDI on the front USB-C port and drives the eight CV-out jacks with one to four voices, velocity, two assignable modulation outputs, triggers, clock and run/reset, depending on the voice count. The engine covers note priority, legato, retrigger, glide, pitch bend, voice allocation and stealing, and a 24 ppqn clock divider. The author states it is built and unit-tested but has never been run on hardware, and the name is a placeholder. There is no release; the repository holds only source. Hermetic Modular did not write or endorse it.

Install notes

Build from source with the Alchemy SDK and flash like the author's other Alchemy Lab firmware, or copy the .bin into /alchemy on the microSD card and pick it from a family firmware's SD picker. The README says neither firmware has been flashed, so nothing is proven on a jack.
