Description
The current build is a beta. It includes features from MDX up to about X.14 (new machines, per-track tonal tuning, extra LFO shapes), and adds track lengths and speeds from 1/8x to 2x, wrap and chain settings, trig conditions, per-trig microtiming, clone and insert pattern shortcuts, track swapping in the kit editor, per-track output routing, a Monomachine song link and compressed UW sample backups. Kit capacity grows from 64 to 128 and song slots drop from 32 to 12, and songs in slots 13 to 32 are corrupted on boot unless moved first. The repository holds the changelog and release only; the patcher is a page on the author's website.
Install notes
Use the browser patcher on the author's site with your own official Machinedrum OS file, which it checks against a known hash. Back up projects first, and move songs out of slots 13 to 32. Beta builds can change behaviour destructively between releases, so read the changelog before updating.
